Theo is a framework to seamlessly leverage positions. Theo's Straddle is a delta-neutral, dollar-denominated vault that uses both Hyperliquid and Aave to capture Ethereum perpetuals' funding rates with leverage. It operates in weekly rounds where users deposit ETH, which is supplied to Aave. USDC is borrowed and used to shorten ETH while maintaining a balanced position. The vault rebalances automatically based on price movements, ensuring neutrality. Deposits and withdrawals occur at the start of new rounds, enabling flexible participation.
