Metric Airdrop: tasks and status
Metric is a decentralized exchange on Ethereum with a points program. You earn points by trading, providing liquidity, taking Discord roles, and creating pools. The program is still forming, with roles available from July 2026 and mainnet activity from October 2026.
About the project
What Metric is
Metric is a decentralized exchange on Ethereum. It lets users swap assets, provide liquidity to pools, and create their own liquidity pools. The platform uses a Price Provider smart contract to set prices based on oracle feeds and onchain data, while liquidity providers choose which price ranges to fund.
Metric supports trading in crypto assets and instruments linked to external markets, including tokenized stocks, currencies, and gold. Liquidity comes from public pools that accept external users or private pools funded by curators.
How the points program works
You earn points by taking on roles in the Metric Discord and by using the mainnet DEX. Discord roles include Traders (for active traders), Liquidity Providers, Early (granted by the team for contributions), and Verified Curators and Market Makers (given after form approval).
On the mainnet DEX, you can earn points by making swaps, providing liquidity to existing pools, creating new pools, and inviting others through a referral link. The team may grant retroactive points for these activities.
What it takes
The estimated cost is around $5 and time is about 20 minutes. You need a wallet and some tokens to swap or provide as liquidity.
The program suits people comfortable with swapping on a DEX and providing liquidity to pools. Some roles ask for form submissions and manual approval from the team, which takes more time and effort.
What to know
Metric is still in early stages. Discord roles became available from July 2026, and mainnet activity started in October 2026. The full terms of the points program have not been published.
You can create your own liquidity pool if you want to go deeper into the platform. The referral system lets you earn points by inviting friends to use Metric.

Risks and what to watch for
- Rewards are not guaranteed: the team has not published how points will be distributed or what they will become.
- The rules and eligibility for points can change at any time.
- Swaps and liquidity provision on a smart contract platform carry the risk of bugs, exploits, or loss of funds.
- Discord roles are granted manually by the team and approval is not assured even if you meet the requirements.
