This Privacy Policy explains how CoinDropster (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you access or use our website and related services (collectively, the “Service”). CoinDropster is operated by Hybrid Digital Model, LLC (“HDM”), which is the controller of personal data processed through the Service. By using CoinDropster, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. About CoinDropster
CoinDropster is a crypto airdrop tracking and productivity platform designed to help users discover, organize, and complete airdrop-related activities.
CoinDropster is a non-custodial service. We do not store private keys, do not access wallets, do not initiate blockchain transactions, and do not provide financial or investment advice.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect or store:
- private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords
- transaction signing data
- keystrokes or unrelated browsing activity
- browsing history outside CoinDropster
3. Personal Information
You can use CoinDropster without providing personal information. Where account features are available, we may process an email address only for authentication, security, and service communication. If you enable notifications, we also use your email address to send them. We do not sell personal data for money.
4. Data Storage and User Accounts
To provide access to your activity data across multiple devices and locations, CoinDropster stores certain information securely on our servers within your user account.
This information may include:
- selected and tracked projects
- task completion status
- activity progress and timestamps
- account preferences and interface settings
- session details such as IP address, device/browser type, and login timestamps, used for account security and fraud prevention
- Telegram chat identifier and username, only if you choose to link Telegram, used solely to send you notifications you enabled; you can unlink at any time
- notification preferences
- Pro plan status, trial usage and your notification history (what we sent you, when and through which channel)
This data is used solely to ensure synchronization, continuity of service, account security, and access to your account from any device worldwide.
CoinDropster does not store private keys, seed phrases, wallet passwords, or any data that would allow us to access or control your cryptocurrency assets.
You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us, or by using available account management features within the Service.
Authorized CoinDropster staff may access account data described in this section on a limited, need-to-know basis — for example, to provide account support, investigate abuse, or manage your Pro status.
If you use Pro alerts, we process your tracked projects to send you personal notifications by Telegram and email. Service messages, such as a reminder that your Pro period is ending, are sent by email even if alerts are turned off. The popularity counters shown on projects (how many users track or have completed them) are aggregates and do not identify you.
5. Data Retention
We retain account-related data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, maintain your account, and comply with applicable legal, accounting, or security obligations.
While your account is active, we may store information such as your tracked projects, task progress, preferences, and other settings to keep your experience synchronized across devices.
If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your account data within a reasonable time, unless we are required to retain certain information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
Some limited technical records (for example, security and abuse-prevention logs) may be retained for a longer period where necessary for safety, fraud prevention, and system integrity.
6. Cookies
Our website uses cookies for basic functionality and session management, for analytics and performance measurement (Google Analytics), and for advertising on public pages (Google AdSense). Where the law requires consent (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), analytics and advertising cookies are used only if you agree, and you can change your choice at any time through the consent message on the site. Advertising partners may use cookies to show and measure ads. You may also disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not function properly.

7. Third-Party Services
CoinDropster may include links or integrations with third-party services (for example: blockchain explorers, social networks, Google Analytics and Google AdSense, Telegram (if you link your account), Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, and email delivery services). Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States; where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties, and we recommend reviewing their privacy policies separately.
8. Payments and Pro
When you buy Pro, HDM is the seller and the payment is processed by Stripe (cards) or CoinPayments (cryptocurrency). They act as independent payment providers under their own privacy policies. We do not receive or store your full card number or your wallet’s private data.
Payment provider documents: Stripe: Privacy Policy, Services Agreement; CoinPayments: Privacy Policy, User Agreement.
For card payments we share your account email with Stripe so that it can create your subscription and send receipts. For crypto payments we share only an order reference; you give your wallet details to the provider yourself.
We store a record of each order and payment: amount, currency, plan and period, payment provider, status, dates, and the provider’s reference numbers and receipt link. We keep it for accounting, support, fraud prevention and legal obligations, for as long as the law requires.
Blockchain transactions are public and permanent; we cannot change or delete them.
9. Blockchain Disclaimer
Blockchain networks are public and decentralized. CoinDropster does not control blockchain transactions, smart contracts, token distributions, or project reward mechanisms. Any interaction with blockchain protocols is performed by the user at their own risk.
10. No Financial Advice
All information provided through CoinDropster is for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or trading recommendations. Users are solely responsible for their decisions and actions.
11. Data Security
We apply reasonable measures to protect our infrastructure. However, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk.
12. Children’s Privacy
CoinDropster is not intended for individuals under the age of 13, and paid plans are for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will remove it.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a revised effective date and notify you of material changes by email or in the Service. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
14. Your Rights and Contact Information
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your data protection authority. You can also request deletion of your account and data. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we respond within 30 days, or within the time required by law.
