Psy Protocol is a blockchain built from first principles to tackle the traditional blockchain trilemma: scalability, security, and decentralization. The project uses a novel state architecture called PARTH that runs transactions in parallel, end-to-end zero-knowledge proofs to verify transactions locally, and a consensus mechanism called Proof of Useful Work 2.0 where miners generate proofs and ensure data is available.
