Credible Finance is an open payments stack that combines fiat payment infrastructure with stablecoin liquidity to deliver T+0 settlement, local payment method access across cards and APMs (Pix, VietQR, UPI & more), and competitive FX rates for global businesses. The platform enables real-time pay-ins by collecting fiat through integrated gateways and aggregators while advancing stablecoins via a PayFi credit layer, merchants receive immediate settlement even as the underlying fiat-to-stablecoin leg settles asynchronously on local rails.

For pay-outs, local fiat is advanced to neobanks and fintechs for remittances and merchant disbursements, with stablecoin-to-fiat conversions clearing in the background. Recipients receive funds instantly, independent of traditional settlement timelines.

Short-term payment financing (1–7 days) is offered against pay-in or pay-out receivables, bankrolling working capital and generating yield on financed payment flows. Settlement speed is decoupled from asynchronous fiat clearing through a permissionless stablecoin pool on Solana, underwritten transaction-by-transaction by AI. This forms the core of the platform's PayFi value proposition.

The protocol is governed through MetaDAO, where $CRED token holders submit and vote on proposals, fee structure, chain expansion, partner onboarding. $CRED has no staking or yield; its sole utility is governance. Credible has processed over $600M in payments across eight verticals (prediction markets, creator platforms, gaming, AI, etc.) and is operated by a licensed Money Services Business (MSB).
